Transactions sync automatically once connected. You can also upload PDF statements from any bank (we support auto-parsing for Chase, Citi, BofA, HSBC, Mercury, Capital One, and Priceline), or upload any CSV in standard format.

Yes. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We use Google Cloud infrastructure (via Firebase) and Stripe for payment processing. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. See our Trust & Security page for full details.

Yes — on Pro plans and above, you can invite your CPA, bookkeeper, or financial advisor with read-only access. They can see your classified transactions, P&L, and tax position without being able to modify anything. They'll need to create a free HaraPro account to access the shared dashboard.

The AI classifier uses a combination of pattern matching, your custom rules, and machine learning to classify transactions. Accuracy improves over time as you correct and approve classifications. Most users see 85-95% accuracy after a few hundred transactions. You always have the final say — nothing is approved without your review.

Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial. If you don't upgrade after 14 days, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted.

No — and we don't try to. HaraPro is a software tool that handles the 80% of bookkeeping work that's data entry: uploading, classifying, reconciling, and organizing your transactions. Your CPA handles the 20% that requires professional judgment: tax strategy, compliance, and filing. HaraPro makes your CPA faster and more effective by giving them clean, organized data.

On Pro plans and above, use the CPA Export feature to generate a comprehensive CSV and PDF package with classified transactions, P&L statements, and tax summaries. You can filter by entity, date range, and category before exporting. Or simply invite your CPA to view your dashboard directly.
