By accessing or using HaraPro ("the Service"), provided by HaraPro Consulting & Investments LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HaraPro is a cloud-based financial management platform that provides bookkeeping tools, tax planning calculators, depreciation tracking, and related software services ("the Service"). The Service is designed as a software tool to help business owners organize and analyze their financial information.
HaraPro is not a licensed accounting firm, CPA practice, law firm, tax advisor, or financial advisor. The Service does not provide professional tax advice, legal advice, investment advice, or accounting services. Information provided through the Service is for educational and organizational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.
3. Not Professional Advice
The calculations, classifications, suggestions, and insights provided by HaraPro — including AI-generated recommendations — are informational tools only. They are not tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You should always consult with a qualified CPA, tax attorney, or financial advisor before making decisions based on information from the Service.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that tax calculations, deduction suggestions, or compliance alerts are error-free or complete. Tax laws change frequently, and individual circumstances vary. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings and financial decisions.
4. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
HaraPro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Free Trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
- 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund.
6. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to data you upload or enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership over Your Data. We access Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may export Your Data at any time using the export features in the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete Your Data within 30 days, except as required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Your Data, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and secure authentication through Firebase. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer the Service; use the Service to compete with HaraPro; or upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, features, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by HaraPro Consulting & Investments LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARAPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HARAPRO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
HARAPRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN TAX CALCULATIONS, MISSED DEDUCTIONS, OR INACCURATE FINANCIAL INFORMATION. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL INFORMATION AND CONSULTING WITH QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HaraPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
