The legal agreement between you and HaraPro.
By creating a HaraPro account or using any HaraPro service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. HaraPro is operated by HaraPro Consulting & Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("HaraPro," "we," "us").
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using HaraPro, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using HaraPro on behalf of an entity (LLC, S-Corp, trust, partnership), you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@harapro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload — including transactions, entity details, estate documents, and financial records. HaraPro relies on this data to generate reports, calculations, and AI-driven insights.
HaraPro offers Free, Starter, Pro, Family Office, Partner, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or by our 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid plan upgrades.
You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Free plans remain active indefinitely.
You may use HaraPro only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the data you upload to HaraPro — including transactions, documents, entity records, estate documents, and personal information. We process this data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You can export your full data set at any time via the in-app export tool. Upon account deletion, we permanently remove your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
HaraPro uses AI to classify transactions, extract estate document fields, generate insights, and provide advisory suggestions. AI outputs are generated based on patterns in data and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific tax, legal, or financial situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for tax filings, legal decisions, financial transactions, or estate planning. Always consult licensed professionals (CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors) for specific advice.
HaraPro is a financial organization and planning tool. HaraPro is not a licensed CPA firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, broker-dealer, or law firm. All calculations, classifications, projections, recommendations, and AI outputs are for informational and organizational purposes only.
Estate planning features (Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives) provide organizational tools — they do not constitute legal advice or document drafting services. Always consult a licensed estate attorney in your jurisdiction.
HaraPro integrates with third-party providers including Plaid (bank data), Stripe (payments), Firebase (authentication), and Google Cloud (infrastructure). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. HaraPro is not responsible for third-party service availability, errors, or data handling practices.
The HaraPro Partner Program is governed by a separate Partner Agreement executed at the time of program enrollment. Revenue share percentages (15%, 20%, 25%) and tier qualifications are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Partner-tier features (white-label, per-client feature control, bulk tenant management) are subject to availability and the executed Partner Agreement.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Plaid, Stripe, Google Cloud), or unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply only to Enterprise tier customers under executed master service agreements.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HaraPro disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaraPro's total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to HaraPro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. HaraPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HaraPro and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions on data, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any objection to venue or personal jurisdiction.
