One AI native platform for every client you serve.
Bookkeeping, tax planning, investments and estate in one system, with an AI agent running inside every part of it. Your firm works in it and reports out to the client. A base fee plus a flat rate per client, and no revenue share, ever.
Your firm already bought AI. The return is the part nobody can find.
Ninety five percent of firms surveyed this year are using AI somewhere. About one in five can point to a measurable return. The barrier is not cost and it is not trust: it is the time it takes to learn and wire in one more tool.
That is the whole problem with buying AI as a layer. A model that reads one company file can only reason about that file. A model bolted onto a dashboard can only talk about the balance it can see.
HaraPro is not an AI layer on top of a ledger. The ledger, the tax engine, the portfolio and the estate documents are one graph, and the agent reasons across all of it. There is nothing to wire in, because the intelligence is not a separate product.

Are you still running the 2015 stack?
QuickBooks still charges per company file. A client with four LLCs is four subscriptions, four logins, four sets of books, and an intercompany entry somebody posts by hand. That model is older than the iPhone in your pocket.
| The 2015 way | Inside HaraPro |
|---|---|
| One subscription per company, per month | Every business the client owns under one account, with ownership percentages, from the first screen |
| Intercompany posted by hand as a journal entry | The payment links to the note. Principal and interest split, balance moved, both sides recorded from one transaction |
| A loan is a liability account somebody remembers to update | A loan is an instrument with a balance and a schedule, on every plan including Free |
| The tax number arrives in February | Federal and state position updates as the books move, every day of the year |
| The client asks what they owe, and waits | You send them their exposure before they ask |
| Personal on one app, the businesses on another, net worth on a third | One graph: the books, the loans, the portfolio, the insurance and the estate |
| You export the trial balance, paste it into a chatbot and retype the answer | The model already has the books. Nothing to paste, nothing to retype |
Do you still ask ChatGPT what to do?
We know the workflow. Export the profit and loss, paste it into a chatbot, ask what stands out, read the answer, retype it into an email to the client. You are the integration layer. The model is reasoning about a snapshot you chose, in a general purpose tool, with your client's numbers in it.
Our AI agents are powered by Claude. The difference is that ours can see the books, the retirement accounts, the investments, and even their car loans.
It reads every business the client owns, the loans between them, the portfolio, the insurance and the estate documents, and every figure it hands you points back to the transaction underneath it. Nothing to paste, nothing to retype, and the analysis is current because the data is. Your firm's confidentiality obligations are your call and not ours, but the numbers never have to leave the system in the first place.
One of the twelve products we compared is honest about this. Kubera hands your balance sheet to whichever model you bring and offers no analysis of its own. The rest either have a chat box inside one company file, or nothing.
None of this is a roadmap. It is what runs today, and twelve of the twenty capabilities are on the free plan.
Two rows where every other product is empty.
Twenty capabilities, twelve products, every cell read from the vendor's own pages in September 2026.
A payment that knows which loan it paid
A $2,400 ACH leaves the operating LLC. In QuickBooks that is a transfer, and principal and interest are a manual journal entry against a liability account. Here it links to the note: 5 percent, 36 months, principal and interest split, balance down to $97,600, and both sides of the intercompany loan recorded from that one transaction. Convertible notes, SAFEs and intercompany loans included.
Checked and absent in: QuickBooks, Xero, Puzzle, Monarch, Copilot, Empower, Kubera, Lacerte, ProSystem fx, Instead, Wealth.com. YNAB does it for a consumer mortgage and nothing else.
A tax position that is true today, not last April
Lacerte, ProSystem fx and the planning tools project from last year's return, inside your office. None of them sees the client's books during the year, because none of them is connected to the bank. Here the federal and state position moves with the transactions, with quarterly estimates as IRS form PDFs, §179 and §280F posted automatically, and a simulator for the election you are considering.
HaraPro competitive comparison, twenty capabilities against twelve products, verified from vendor pages in September 2026. Cells we could not verify are marked as unverified rather than guessed.
Four things your staff stops doing. Two they start.
Not features. Hours.
Chasing statements
The cockpit sends your client a link. The client connects their accounts. Transactions arrive from more than 12,000 institutions, in production, and keep arriving. Nobody on your team downloads a PDF from a bank portal again.
Categorizing the same transaction every month
Classification learns the rule the first time you set it and applies it from then on, per client. Your team reviews exceptions instead of typing categories.
Answering "what will I owe" with a guess
Federal and state position updates as the books move, all year. Quarterly estimates come out as IRS form PDFs. Depreciation, §179 and §280F post automatically.
Rebuilding February from scratch
Every business the client owns sits under one account with ownership percentages, and intercompany movements are linked to the notes they settle. The consolidation exists in real time, so the year is watched instead of reconstructed.
They start: ranking the strategies
Tax optimization runs against the client's whole picture, not one company file, and comes back as a ranked list of strategies with the number attached to each one. From Pro, with payroll projection and reasonable comp in the same place.
They start: sending the exposure
The client's exposure is already computed and already theirs to see. Sending it is a click, not an evening. Four roles decide who in the family sees what.
Saved hours are nice. A new deliverable is better.
Sixty nine percent of firms expect to move to value based, hybrid or fixed fee billing as AI commodifies routine tax knowledge. That is a problem if your product is hours. It is an opportunity if you have something to sell that is not hours.
- Quarterly tax exposure, delivered.Federal and state, per business and consolidated, with the estimate vouchers attached. A recurring deliverable with a real number in it, computed for you.
- The decision memo. Before the client buys the truck, elects S-Corp or sells the position, the simulator shows what it does to the number. You send the comparison, not a promise to look into it.
- Estate, opened as a conversation. On Unlimited, the trust, the will, the powers of attorney and the advance directives are drafted against the client's real ownership and real balances, for their attorney to review. That is the conversation that keeps the family with you for a generation.
Your cost for the client is $14.90, $54.90 or $139 a month. What you charge for the advisory work on top of it is between you and your client, and there is no revenue share taking a cut of it.
What it replaces, and what it does not.
We would rather you find this out here than on a call.
It replaces
- The client ledger. QuickBooks, Xero or a spreadsheet, one per company, priced per company
- The net worth workbook you rebuild for the client every quarter
- The dashboard the client logs into to see a number nobody can explain
- The eleven months between filings when nobody is watching the position
It does not replace
- Your tax software. HaraPro does not e-file. It prepares four federal forms and hands your filing desk a clean, traceable export. Lacerte, ProSystem fx or UltraTax stay exactly where they are
- Operating-side accounting. No invoicing, accounts payable, bill pay, payroll runs or inventory. Clients who need those keep running them where they run them today
- Your judgment. Every AI figure is traceable to the transaction under it, and nothing is filed without a licensed human
It has to work on the simple client too, or it works on nobody.
No firm is going to run two ledgers for two kinds of client. So the price is built so the platform holds the whole book, from the single LLC to the family with ten businesses and a trust above them.
| Client profile | What they need | QuickBooks, ProAdvisor rate | HaraPro, paid by your firm |
|---|---|---|---|
| One LLC. A consultant, a single rental, a new S-Corp | Clean books, a real tax number, quarterly estimates | $26.60 one file | $14.90 Starter |
| Four LLCs. A contractor with a holding company, or four properties in four LLCs | Consolidation, intercompany, depreciation across all of them | $106.40 four files | $54.90 Pro |
| Ten businesses, a portfolio and a trust. The client other firms lose | Everything above, plus estate documents drafted against real ownership | $266.00 ten files, and consolidation still is not there | $139 Unlimited |
Flat rate per client, billed to the firm, and no revenue share at any volume. With sixty nine percent of firms moving toward fixed and value-based billing, a cost per client you can name in advance is not a small thing.

The third row
The one you cannot serve today
A client with ten businesses, a portfolio and a trust is the one a multi family office takes off your hands, and they take the tax work with it. On Unlimited, the trust, the will, the powers of attorney and the advance directives are drafted against the real ownership graph and the real balances, for the client's attorney to review. You stay the advisor in the room.
One dollar apart on seven hundred thousand.
We ran a client's books through HaraPro, then compared our Form 1120-S against the one their accountant had already prepared and signed for the same year, working independently from their own records. Here is what came back.
The reconciliation moves other income, depreciation and operating expense out, and gross receipts and interest paid in. HaraPro reached its figure from the bank feed and the documents, with no access to the preparer's work.
It found the pass-through on its own
Our other income line came to $1,399.00. That is exactly the net of two partnership K-1s in the preparer's schedule, reached by an independent path.
It put the interest on the right line
Interest reported on a partner K-1, box 4, belongs on Schedule K line 4 as a separately stated item. That is where HaraPro put it.
HaraPro produces the forms and the numbers behind them. It does not file your return. Your software and your signature still do that.
Your firm operates it. The client reads it.
You work inside HaraPro. The client gets access with the role you choose, from view only to full, and sees the same numbers you see instead of waiting for a package at the end of the quarter. Four roles, so the spouse, the attorney and the advisor each see what they should and nothing else.
- The client stops asking what they owe.The position is on their screen, updating as the books move.
- The client stops sending documents twice.W-2, K-1, 1099 and 1095 come in once, into a vault with versioning and full text search, sized by plan.
- The client starts calling you about decisions. When the simulator shows what an election or a purchase does to the number, the question stops being historical.
- You send the exposure instead of being asked for it.Federal and state, per business and consolidated, whenever you want it. The number is already computed, so the quarterly touch costs you a click.
One roster. Every client's books, one click away.
Enrolment is self serve, so you are not waiting on us to open the door. From the roster you open any client's live books, send the bank connection link, set the plan per client and see who has connected and who has not. Multi user with four roles from Pro. Clients are isolated from each other at the data layer.
AES-256 on stored files, versioning, full text search, tenant-isolated data. Our SOC 2 audit is planned for Q4 2026 and we will not claim the report before we have it.

Questions your partners will ask.
Does this replace QuickBooks?
For the client ledger, yes, and that is the point: one system instead of one subscription per company. What it does not do is the operating side, so invoicing, accounts payable, bill pay and payroll runs stay where they are today. A holding company, a rental LLC or a pass-through usually needs none of those. A service business that invoices daily does.
Does it replace my tax software?
No, and we are not trying to. HaraPro does not e-file. It keeps the position live all year and hands your filing desk a traceable export, so February starts from a year that was watched.
Who does the work, my team or the client?
Your team. The firm is the operator and the client reads the output with the role you give them. The client's only job is clicking the bank connection link you send.
How long does onboarding take?
Under 30 minutes per client. The onboarding agent configures the businesses, the ownership and the accounts in one conversation. Minutes, not days.
What AI is inside it, exactly?
Claude, by Anthropic, native in every feature: classification with rule memory, insights, the investments advisor, tax optimization, the simulator and estate extraction. Every AI figure is traceable to the transaction under it, and a person signs off before anything leaves.
Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude directly?
Plenty of firms do, and it works until the question needs the books. A chatbot can only reason about what you paste into it, so you become the step in the middle: export, paste, read, retype. Here the model is already inside the data, across every business the client owns, and it cites the transaction under each figure so you can check it. Same class of model, completely different access.
What happens to my client data?
Clients are isolated from each other at the data layer. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256, versioned and searchable. Your data is processed to do the work and is not used to train the model. Our SOC 2 audit is planned for Q4 2026.
Is there a revenue share or a referral commission?
No. There never has been. You pay a base fee and a flat rate per client, and you price your own engagement however you want.
Can I try it before I bring a client?
Yes. Start Free with one business and one bank connection, on your own firm's books, and it never expires.
What about white-label?
White-label is on Enterprise, and delivery is handled by our team rather than self serve.
Do you support businesses outside the United States?
Not yet. The tax engine is federal and state United States only.
The firm with the platform, not the firm with the spreadsheet.
Bring one client and see what the first close looks like. If it does not hold your book, we will tell you on the first call.
