2. Monthly vs annual

3. Switching plans

To change your plan: open the app → SettingsBilling & PlanChange plan.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the upgrade — you pay the difference between what you've used on the old plan and the full price of the new plan, for the remainder of the current billing period. Next full cycle bills at the new tier.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access to your current tier's features through the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens to data on downgrade? Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. If you drop below your new tier's entity limit (e.g., from 10 entities on Pro to 3 entities on Starter), the entities stay in your account but become read-only. Upgrade again anytime to restore full access.

Monthly ↔ annual switches

Switching from monthly to annual: immediate, prorated credit for unused monthly time. Switching annual to monthly: takes effect at the end of your annual term.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Every first-time paid plan upgrade comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel and request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund in full. Email support@harapro.com with the request.

After 30 days, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access through the end of the current month, and no further charges apply. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days but can be cancelled so they don't renew.

To cancel: SettingsBilling & PlanCancel subscription. You'll drop to the Free tier at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data remains available and exportable.

5. Payment methods

We use Stripe for all payment processing. HaraPro never sees or stores your card number.

To change your payment method: SettingsBilling & PlanUpdate payment method. You'll be routed to Stripe's hosted payment update page.

Security note: Card numbers are stored exclusively by Stripe (a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider). HaraPro sees only the last 4 digits and card brand, for display purposes. Read more at harapro.com/security.

6. Invoices & receipts

Every charge generates a receipt automatically emailed to your account email address. You can also:

For Partner and Enterprise plans, consolidated invoices across multiple clients are available. Contact billing@harapro.com to set up.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails (card declined, insufficient funds, expired card), Stripe automatically retries up to 4 times over 3 weeks. We also email you immediately.

Reactivating after cancellation is instant — upgrade from Settings to restore full access to all your data.
